You make a lot of good points Ted about the details of a market area for restaurants. One other possibility would be for existing restaurants to open a second branch rather than move. The trolley I wrote of is something new - an experiment. Hopefully it will work out but I don't see much advertising and still no highway signs other than for Battleship Cove.
