I live on the Gulf coast of Florida between Ft Myers and Sarasota and the main drag is Tamiami Trail which is old US Route 41. My son lives in Chicago a mile away from US 41 so I get a kick out of telling hm we live on the same street! The main interstate along the western Florida peninsula is I-75 which goes north-south and ends up in Detroit and then northern Michigan.
