I hear you Tim. It would be nice to think that people coming into the state would fix up and repair abandoned houses in towns that have lost people. Recycle and re-vitalize existing infrastructure. (Some kind of state-assistance program?) But we both suspect that most growth will continue to be new suburban developments around Portland.
